Teri Trullinger is the Group Vice President of Field Sales for Cargill Foodservice and is responsible for the development and execution of the foodservice strategy. With a career at Cargill spanning over three decades, Teri consistently strives to help drive meaningful change and success within the foodservice industry.

Teri’s journey at Cargill began in 1989 with Cargill Kitchen Solutions (Sunny Fresh Foods). Throughout her career, she has taken on multiple roles, including accounting, continuous improvement, and sales leadership. Her versatility and agility in navigating various aspects of the business have been key to her professional growth and contributions.

In 2010, Teri was named Vice President of Field Sales for Cargill Foodservice responsible for the Western U.S. and Canada territories. In 2013, she was promoted to Group Vice President of Sales, overseeing all of the U.S. and Canada. She serves as a member of the Foodservice Senior Leadership Team.
Teri’s dedication to championing diversity and empowerment is reflected in her involvement in various leadership and board positions. She served on the Cargill Women’s Council from 2006 to 2008, advocating for the advancement of women in leadership within the organization. She is also committed to nurturing future talent through her past position on the Board of Directors for the Hospitality Minnesota Education Foundation (HMEF), a pivotal supporter of the ProStart program. Currently, Teri is actively serving as the Vice Chair on the board of directors for the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association (IFMA), an association aimed to help drive change and build innovative solutions that advance the foodservice industry.

Teri lives in Crosslake, MN with her husband, Dan. Together they have two children, four grandchildren and two black labs. In her free time, Teri enjoys anything outdoors, holiday decorating and spending time with family and friends, especially at the lake.
