Reggie Stover is Chief People Officer of Henny Penny, overseeing the company’s people strategy, leading and driving all human resources functions,while working closely with all business leaders to cultivate engagement, performance, inclusion, and well-being.
Reggie has over 25 years of in “best practices” experience in human resources, employee experience, organizational development, and people-focused operations. He is a servant leader passionate about the employee value proposition and creating a competitive advantage through cutting-edge, people-focused strategies that elevate and scale.
As CPO, he oversees Henny Penny’s strategic people prioritizes, as well as team and individual development to create a culture that promotes thriving employees and business results. He leads succession planning, organizational effectiveness/change, DE&I, talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, total rewards, well-being, philanthropy, and corporate social responsibility teams to drive strategy that prioritizes individual and team development and creates cultures that promote thriving employees and business results.
Before joining Henny Penny in 2022, Reggie served as an HR Executive Consultant & Certified Executive Coach at C-Suite Success. Prior to that, he was Chief People & Employee Experience Officer (CHRO) at Boston Children’s Hospital.
His experience spans the food, healthcare, industrial mining, financial services, and manufacturing industries at companies including Pepsi Beverages Co., Cleveland Clinic, Nestle, General Electric, USAA, Covia, and Illinois Tool Works.
Reggie holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, and a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Cincinnati. He is also a certified professional executive coach, holds a Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification, and is a High School Basket Ball Official.
