Former President & CEO of Nestlé Professional, with an incredible 30 year+ career in Out of Home (OOH) with Nestle Internationally and in North America.

With his Start in the Hospitality/Hotel Industry. Perry joined Nestlé 30 years ago and progressed at Nestlé. Serving in Senior Roles in Multiple markets Globally, beginning at Nestlé Professional in Canada, Strategic Business Unit in Vevey Switzerland – Global Customer Development, Head of Nestlé OOH Business in France, President of Davigel DSD Business in France, Global Strategy Lead for the Out of Home business – Switzerland HQ, which led to what is today Nestlé Professional, and the First Customer Innovation Center in the USA. As well held positions of Head of Global Food, and Head of Global Beverages – Switzerland HQ, before taking on his Mission in 2009 at Nestlé Professional North America.

Perry brought his global expertise to North America and the U.S.A Market, playing a strategic role leading a Strong Foodservice OOH Growth Journey. Perry’s Leadership, OOH business expertise also played a critical role in leading Nestlé Professional through COVID-19 Pandemic where OOH basically shut down in 2020 and led it to a full recovery from the shut down.

Perry is known for his close connections to Key Markets, and his close collaboration with Industry Leaders and Operators, and is seen as a transformative leader in the industry, Through his Executive Board Seat for over 10 years at IFMA (International Foodservice Manufacturing Association) where he held Vice Chair and Chair Positions, Executive Board Member for 7+ years with the National Restaurant Association & Education Foundation, ProStart Youth Initiative and Operations management NPSI Judge, and where he also held Chair of the NRA Business Development Strategy Committee. He is also a founding member of the Prosper Forum (a Davos Economic type Forum for the OOH Industry) shaping change in the industry and elevating the future of Diverse Talent DE&I within the Out of Home Industry. Perry was also Awarded the IFMA (International Foodservice Manufacturers Assoc.) coveted 2024 Honorary GOLD Plate this year, this was only the 6^th time in its 70 years that it has been awarded.
