Gregg Majewski is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Craveworthy Brands, an innovative multi-concept restaurant platform and fast-casual brand incubator founded in 2023. Craveworthy’s emerging brand portfolio includes Wing It On!, The Budlong Southern Chicken, Krafted Burger Bar + Tap, Lucky Cat Poke Company, Pastizza, Scramblin Ed’s, and Dirty Dough Cookies, where Gregg also serves as CEO. The portfolio also features legacy brands Genghis Grill, BD’s Mongolian Grill, and Flat Top Grill, a collaboration with C3 to develop the franchise platform for Soom Soom Mediterranean Grill, and newly acquired concepts taim mediterranean kitchen and Hot Chicken Takeover.

Previously, as CEO/CFO/COO of Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, Gregg spearheaded the brand’s expansion from 33 to 300 locations, selling 700 additional franchises and introducing the “Freaky Fast” delivery concept that redefined the brand.

Known for his focus on grassroots marketing and people-first leadership style, Gregg is committed to empowering his teams. He serves on the boards of the Texas Restaurant Association, Big Chicken, Ovation, the Fast Casual Industry Council, and the Lunchbox Food Tech Council. Gregg lives in the greater Chicago area.
