Derrick has over fifteen years of operational, consulting, and transactional experience in restaurants, food service, hospitality, convenience stores, and consumer retail. He specializes in financial / operational due diligence, labor optimization, menu engineering, customer and product profitability, organizational design, and G&A cost reduction. Before joining AlixPartners, he owned and operated Papa John’s units as a franchisee and grew average sales to nearly $1 million while achieving 95% customer service satisfaction.
Derrick has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
