Chastity Prince McLeod, is currently the Vice President of Sustainability for Zone NA. She is a Clemson University graduate and has been with Nestlè for over 18 starting as a Packaging Engineer in Ohio and later supporting new packaging development in Germany. She has held various roles within Nestlè, including Packaging Group Manager for Frozen and Chilled globally and managing new product development for Pizza and Snacking products. In 2019, she became the Director of Technical Packaging for Nestle USA, responsible for packaging innovation, renovation and sustainability. In 2022, she was promoted to VP of Sustainability for Nestle USA, and in 2023, she became the VP of Sustainability for Z-NA. Chastity believes in the personal power of people and creating an environment where their greatest potential can be unlocked. She is married with a son and resides in Ohio.
