Aiden Buckner is a rising junior at Virginia Tech, pursuing a dual degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management as well as Digital Marketing Strategy, with a minor in Organizational Leadership. With a passion for Food & Beverage, Aiden has over 3 years of experience as a Team Leader at one of the nation’s top performing Chick-fil-A’s. He recently finished his summer learning the intricacies of upscale food outlets as the Clubhouse Dining Supervisor Intern at Chevy Chase Club in Maryland.

At school, he has been the Hospitality Chair for the Black Student Alliance as well as a member of the Dining Services Student Advisory Committee. Last year, he was the Vice President of the Hospitality Management Association!

Aiden’s passion for the industry along with his humor and work ethic are evident when he’s serving guests and his favorite aspect of hospitality is being able to change someone’s day! Whether in quick-service restaurants or the private club industry, he hopes to have a dynamic career in the hospitality industry where he can further improve his leadership skills.
