In her roles at the premier human capital firm The Elliot Group, Sarah looks to harness the group’s expertise and experience to drive thought leadership, business development, and philanthropic efforts to positively impact the executive talent and industries Elliot serves.

Part of The Elliot’s Group mission is to build impactful access to leadership development opportunities through its 501(c)(3) nonprofit the Elliot Leadership institute (ELI), where Sarah serves as president. The ELI is dedicated to the professional and personal development of leaders looking to positively affect and advance communities, industries, and the future of business.

Prior, Sarah was Group Director of The Restaurant & Food Group at Informa Plc., where she led brand efforts for the leading B2B media, marketing services, and events portfolio of Nation’s Restaurant News, Restaurant Hospitality, Food Management, and Supermarket News. Her career with these brands spanned business development, audience and community engagement, and editorial content across various roles including Editor-in-Chief at Nation’s Restaurant News.

Sarah is a sought-after restaurant industry authority who has appeared on CNBC, The Today Show, Bloomberg, and other national media, and has keynoted the National Restaurant Association Show, Global Restaurant Investment Forum, Financial Leadership Exchange, and more.

In addition to her work at Informa, Sarah previously was Senior Vice President, Content at Winsight LLC, which operates Restaurant Business, Restaurant Leadership Conference, and additional brands.

Sarah is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. She lives in New York City with her husband and twin boys.
