David Jobe is the CEO and Co-founder of Prosper LLC whose Vision is a More Prosperous and Just World. The Mission of Prosper is to Elevate the Future of Diverse Talent Within the Global Foodservice & Hospitality Industry.

David has spent the past 27 years involved in the Global Foodservice Hospitality and Convenience Retailing Industries, building deep connections and strategic relationships with senior executives for the leading suppliers and operators. He is a highly respected servant leader with a proven track record for developing unique platforms that bring together Industry leaders and influencers for improved businesses and lives. He has demonstrated an ability to provide differentiated environments for the Industries Leaders and Influencers to think, act and win differently.

In 2019 David joined the Revelry Group as a partner and President. The Revelry Group is a certified B Corporation that creates shared value for companies in the food, beverage, and hospitality sectors. In 30 months David led a 350% increase in revenue.

In 1997, David co-founded Leadership Network Corporation (LNC), a B2B media company focused on the Foodservice and Convenient Retailing Industries. In 2007, LNC merged with Convenient Store Petroleum (CSP). In 2014, CSP sold to new investors and was renamed Winsight Media. Winsight Media sold to Private Equity in 2017. David served as President and Chief Customer Officer. During this period revenue grew from $250K to $70M.

As an Executive officer of Winsight, David built the Restaurant Leadership Conference (RLC), into the Industry’s premier, by invitation only event. He was instrumental in new event launches, such as Food at Retail (FARE) and Global Restaurant Leadership Conference (GRLC) held in Dubai, UAE. In the inaugural year, GRLC brought together 1,200 Senior Executives, representing $1 Trillion of the Global Restaurant Industry. At the 2016 FARE Event, the attendees set a Guinness World Record for sandwiches made in an hour as part of the charity component. David also led strategic acquisitions of the Foodservice Technology Conference (FSTEC) and Restaurant Business Magazine.

In 2017 David became the CEO of ServedIN, a next generation of custom kitchens, serving consumers that live and work in high rise buildings. He built strategic partnerships with Sysco, PepsiCo, Nestle and McLane, among others.
Prior to LNC, David was an EVP with Gargoyle’s Performance Eyewear. He built and led a 100-person sales team delivering a 52% CAGR over 4 years. He was involved with strategic acquisitions and a successful IPO. David also worked for Boston Scientific, a Global medical device leader. During his 7 years he was responsible for hiring and promoting a 35-person team, that produced a 44% CAGR over 5 years. He began his career with Procter & Gamble.

David is a founding board member of the Network of Executive Women (NEW). He founded and served as President of the Charitable Alliance of Restaurant & Retail Executives (CARRE) raising over $12M for children’s charities. He received Childhelp USA “National Day of Hope Award” ceremony and recognition in Washington DC, Senate Building He has been a strategic advisor for the Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF), developing and leading presentations at their annual conference. David has written an Op-ed on The Value of Authentic Leadership and presented on Relationships at Gonzaga University. David is a Founding Board member of the Skyline High School Football Gridiron Booster Club. He recently developed and moderated 2 presentations for the International Foodservice Manufactures Association (IFMA).
David received his B.A. from Washington State University.
